About the Artist

I first painted in oils at the age of nine. Being self taught I enjoy learning from my happy accidents". During life in East and West Africa where my husband worked, I had a lot of spare time in which to pursue my hobby. Now, later in life, my favourite medium is watercolour, and my subjects are a wide range of subjects.  During the past four years, I have started to exhibit and sell my work which has given me the incentive to put paint to to paper regularly. My paintings are always double mounted and appropriately framed.

Other mediums I enjoy are pastels and encaustic wax. My paintings are very reasonably priced from £50 upwards.
